Wind southwest 15 to 25 knots increasing to southwest 25 to 35 this morning then diminishing to southwest 15 to 25 this evening. Wind diminishing to westerly 10 to 15 overnight then increasing to westerly 15 to 20 Friday morning except west 30 near the mouth of the Saguenay River.
Scattered flurries and sea smoke ending this morning. Periods of snow tonight and Friday. Visibility as low as 1 mile in sea smoke and in snow.
Temperatures minus 20 rising to minus 8 this evening then falling to minus 13 Friday evening.
Strong wind warning program has ended for the season.
