By 8:00 p.m. ADT Friday trough from 992 mb low located from
Newfoundland to East Scotian Slope.

Issued 2:38 AM ADT 17 July 2025 An intensifying low pressure system approaching from the west andmoving northeast through the Gulf of St. Lawrence will give strong to
gale force winds to much of the district.
A gale warning is in effect for Anticosti - southern half. Strong
wind warnings are in effect for Fundy, Grand Manan, Lurcher,
southwestern shore, eastern shore, Fourchu, Cabot Strait and all Gulf
of St. Lawrence waters.
