Peninsula to Laurentian Fan.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 7:42 PM ADT 7 June 2026 Strong to gale force northerly winds west of a trough of low pressurewhich is tracking eastward across the Western Gulf of St. Lawrence
will diminish slightly in the next few hours. Strong northerly winds
will progress southeastward across most of the region this evening
and slowly diminish overnight and Monday.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Northumberland Strait - western half, Gulf-Magdalen - northwestern
half and Chaleur-Miscou - eastern half.
