of Laurentian Fan.

At 10:00 a.m. AST Thursday ridge located over the western Marine
District.
By 8:00 p.m. AST Thursday ridge located over the central Marine
District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:49 PM AST 20 November 2024 An area of low pressure over Laurentian Fan will remain
quasi-stationary tonight then eventually track southeast and away
from the district on Thursday. Strong to gale force northerlies will
persist west and northwest of the low.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
eastern shore - eastern half, Sable - eastern half, East Scotian
Slope - eastern half, Fourchu, Laurentian Fan - western half, Cabot
Strait, Gulf - Magdalen and Anticosti - southeastern half.
