Issued 3:00 AM NDT 11 May 2025 Today Tonight and Monday At 3:00 a.m. NDT today deepening low 997 mb located near
Îles-de-la-Madeleine.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Monday low 985 mb located over Belle Isle Bank.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT today trough from low located on a line east-west
over Newfoundland.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight departing trough from low located east
of the Marine District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:50 AM NDT 11 May 2025 A deepening low pressure system near Îles-de-la-Madeleine will
continue to track northeastward to lie over Belle Isle Bank by Monday
morning. Strong southeast to northeasterlies ahead of the low will
shift to gale to storm force southwest to northwesterlies in its
wake.

Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle - eastern half and Belle Isle Bank.
Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining waters except Northern
Grand Banks and Southeastern Grand Banks.
