northeast-southwest over the Grand Banks.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Sunday departing trough located southeast of
the Grand Banks.

By 3:00 a.m. NDT Sunday building ridge located over Newfoundland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:39 PM NDT 19 September 2020 A trough of low pressure over the Grand Banks will move to lie
southeast of the district by Sunday morning. Strong to gale force
southerlies ahead of this feature will shift to moderate to strong
northerlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Northern Grand Banks and Southeastern Grand Banks.
