Issued 10:00 AM NST 13 January 2025 Today Tonight and Tuesday At 10:00 a.m. NST today low 970 mb located southeast of the
Grand Banks.
By 10:00 a.m. NST Tuesday departing low 967 mb located northeast
of Funk Island Bank.

At 10:00 a.m. NST today ridge located from Ungava Bay to New
England.
By 10:00 a.m. NST Tuesday ridge located from the Quebec Lower
North Shore to Sable Island.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:55 AM NST 13 January 2025 A deep low pressure system southeast of the Grand Banks will move to
lie northeast of the marine district overnight before continuing off
into the North Atlantic on Tuesday. Strong to gale force north to
northwesterlies over most waters will slowly diminish as the low
moves away.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Belle Isle Bank, Funk Island Bank, and the Grand Banks.
