Funk Island Bank.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Tuesday low 987 mb located over southern Funk
Island Bank.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT today dissipating low 995 mb located south of
the Burin Peninsula.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:43 AM NDT 19 April 2021 An intensifying low pressure system east of the marine district will
track westward to lie over Funk Island Bank tonight and Tuesday.
Strong to gale force northeast to northwesterlies will spread over
northern waters ahead of this system.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle - eastern half, East Coast - north of Cape St.
Francis, Northeast Coast, Belle Isle Bank, Funk Island Bank, and
Northern Grand Banks.
