at 49.6N 58.4W.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT Thursday low 968 mb located over northwestern
Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 8:01 PM NDT 23 September 2020 Post-tropical storm Teddy, currently northwest of the Port au Port
Peninsula, will track northeastwards through the Gulf of St. Lawrence
tonight. Strong to gale force south to southeasterlies ahead of Teddy
will shift to strong to gale force west to southwesterlies in its
wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Strait of Belle Isle and Northeast Gulf.

At 8:00 PM NDT, post-tropical storm Teddy was located near
Latitude 49.6 north and longitude 58.4 west, about 65 nautical miles
north of Stephenville. Maximum sustained winds are estimated at 45
knots and central pressure at 978 MB. Teddy is moving northeast at 27
knots.
