Issued 10:00 AM NST 21 January 2018 Today Tonight and Monday At 10:00 a.m. NST today low 980 mb located east of Belle Isle Bank.
By 10:00 a.m. NST Monday quasi-stationary low 968 mb located
southeast of Greenland.

At 10:00 a.m. NST Monday approaching ridge located on a line
northwest-southeast over Nova Scotia.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:49 AM NST 21 January 2018 A low pressure system over Southwestern Belle Isle Bank will move to
lie southeast of Greenland by Monday morning where it will remain
nearly stationary. Strong to gale force west to northwesterlies can
be expected over the next couple days until the low gradually
weakens.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except the Strait of Belle Isle and Gulf waters.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all waters except the Southern Grand Banks.
