Issued 8:00 PM NDT 16 September 2019 Tonight and Tuesday At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight low 1004 mb located over Funk Island Bank.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT Tuesday low 1000 mb located northeast of the
Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:51 PM NDT 16 September 2019 A low pressure system over Funk Island Bank will drift very slowly
eastward tonight to lie northeast of the Grand Banks on Tuesday.
Strong to gale force northerlies will develop tonight in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle and Northeast Coast.

At 6:30 PM NDT hurricane Humberto was located near latitude 30.2
north and longitude 75.9 west which is well south of Cape Hatteras.
Humberto has a central pressure of 972 MB and maximum sustained winds
of 80 knots. Humberto is moving east-northeast at 6 knots.
The lastest forecast track has Humberto lying just south of the Grand
Banks on Saturday.
