Issued 8:01 PM NST 23 November 2024 An intense low pressure system over the Maritimes will remain nearlystationary until later Sunday when it will start drifting
northeastward towards Newfoundland. Gale force easterlies to
southeasterlies ahead of the low will become strong to gale force
easterlies to northeasterlies as the low approaches Newfoundland
later Sunday.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Southwestern Grand Banks.
