Issued 8:00 PM NST 21 February 2019 Tonight and Friday At 8:00 p.m. NST tonight departing low 954 mb located east of
Greenland.

At 8:00 p.m. NST tonight low 998 mb located southwest of Laurentian
Fan.
By 3:30 p.m. NST Friday low 964 mb located southeast of the
Grand Banks.

By 3:30 p.m. NST Friday approaching trough located over southern
Labrador Sea.

At 8:00 p.m. NST tonight ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Friday weakening ridge located on a line
northwest-southeast over Newfoundland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:57 PM NST 21 February 2019 A trough of low pressure will develop over the Labrador Sea on Friday
and then begin to move southeastwards. Gale force northwesterlies are
expected to develop over northern waters ahead of this feature Friday
evening.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warnings is in effect for
Belle Isle Bank.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all waters except Strait of Belle Isle and Northeast Coast
which are mainly ice covered and the Southeastern Grand Banks.
