Marine Weather StatementIssued 9:45 AM NST 25 November 2020 An intense low pressure system just east of the Labrador Sea will
move to lie east of Greenland by this evening. Strong to gale force
west or northwesterlies will gradually diminish today and tonight as
the low continues to move away and a ridge of high pressure
approaches from the west.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for the
South Coast, East Coast, Northeast Coast, Belle Isle Bank, Funk
Island Bank, and the Northern Grand Banks.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Strait of Belle Isle, Northeast Gulf, Northeast Coast, and
Belle Isle Bank.
