Issued 3:30 PM NDT 20 March 2019 Tonight and Thursday At 3:30 p.m. NDT today quasi-stationary ridge located on a line
east-west over the southern Grand Banks.

At 3:30 p.m. NDT today trough located over Labrador Sea.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Thursday departing trough located east of the
Marine District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:18 PM NDT 20 March 2019 A trough of low pressure over the Labrador Sea will continue
southeastwards tonight to lie east of the Belle Isle Bank by Thursday
morning. Over northern waters strong to gale force southwesterlies
ahead of the trough then shift to strong to gale force
northwesterlies behind it.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle, Northeast Gulf and Belle Isle Bank.

Marine interests are also advised that a freezing spray warning is in
effect for Belle Isle Bank.
