By 3:30 p.m. NST today low 945 mb located east of Greenland.
At 3:00 a.m. NST Thursday approaching high located southwest of
Nova Scotia.

Issued 2:47 AM NST 5 February 2025 An intense low pressure system northeast of Belle Isle Bank will moveto lie east of Greenland by this afternoon. Strong to gale force west
to northwesterlies are expected today behind the low.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
East Coast, Belle Isle Bank, and Northern Grand Banks.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all waters except the Southern Grand Banks.
