By 10:00 a.m. NDT Saturday trough from low located on a line
east-west over southern Labrador Sea.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 9:42 AM NDT 23 April 2021 A low pressure system over the Gaspé Peninsula will slowly drifteastward along the Quebec Lower North Shore today and Saturday.
Strong to gale force southeasterly winds ahead of a trough associated
with this low will shift to strong to gale force south to
southwesterlies behind the trough.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Gulf - Port au Port, Southwest Coast, and Belle Isle Bank.
