Issued 10:00 AM NDT 4 April 2025 Today Tonight and Saturday At 10:00 a.m. NDT today low 1006 mb located over Banquereau.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Saturday low 990 mb located southeast of the
Grand Banks.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT today ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over Belle Isle Bank.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT today dissipating ridge located on a line
northwest-southeast over Belle Isle Bank.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT Saturday approaching high 1032 mb located over
Quebec.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:58 AM NDT 4 April 2025 A low pressure system over Banquereau will deepen as it crosses the
Grand Banks today before moving off to the east tonight. Strong to
gale force southeasterlies ahead of the low will shift to strong to
gale force northerlies after it passes.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Funk Island Bank and the Grand Banks.

Marine interests are also advised that a freezing spray warnings is
in effect for Northeast Coast.
