Issued 3:00 AM NDT 24 October 2018 Today Tonight and Thursday At 3:00 a.m. NDT today departing trough located east of Belle
Isle Bank.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT today low 1008 mb located southwest of the
Maritimes.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Thursday deepening low 998 mb located north of
Prince Edward Island.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT today departing ridge located on a line
northeast-southwest over the southern Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:55 AM NDT 24 October 2018 A low pressure system southwest of the Maritimes will move to lie
just north of Prince Edward Island overnight where it will intensify
and move slowly northward on Thursday. Strong to gale force
easterlies will develop today and shift to strong to gale force
southerly on Thursday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Northeast Gulf, Gulf - Port au Port, Southwest Coast, South Coast,
East Coast - north of Cape St. Francis, Northeast Coast, Belle Isle
Bank and Southwestern Grand Banks.
