By 3:30 p.m. NST Monday low 985 mb located near The Bonavista
Peninsula.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:20 PM NST 24 November 2024 An intense low pressure system near the Magdalen Islands will drift
northeastward towards Newfoundland tonight. Strong to gale force
northeast to southeasterlies are expected north of the low, while
strong to gale force westerlies are expected south.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Southwest Coast, South Coast, East Coast, Southeastern
Grand Banks, and Southwestern Grand Banks - northern half.
