Issued 8:00 PM NDT 22 April 2025 Tonight and Wednesday At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight low 984 mb located east of the Marine
District.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday departing low 990 mb located east of
the Marine District.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight ridge located on a line north-south over
Cabot Strait.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT Wednesday ridge located on a line
northwest-southeast over the northern Grand Banks.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday approaching low 1011 mb located over
Quebec.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:47 PM NDT 22 April 2025 A low pressure system east of the marine district will weaken and
slowly depart throughout the forecast period. Strong to gale force
north to northwesterly winds in the wake of the low will gradually
diminish as the low departs.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
East Coast - north of Cape St. Francis, Belle Isle Bank, Funk Island
Bank, Northern Grand Banks, and Southeastern Grand Banks.
