By 10:00 a.m. NST Sunday departing low 973 mb located east of the
Marine District.

At 3:00 a.m. NST Sunday trough located on a line east-west over
Labrador Sea.
By 8:00 p.m. NST Sunday trough located from Labrador Coast to
Belle Isle Bank.

At 3:00 a.m. NST Sunday low 970 mb located southwest of the
Grand Banks.
By 8:00 p.m. NST Sunday low 971 mb located south of the Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:54 PM NST 7 February 2026 A low pressure system just east of the Grand Banks will depart out to
sea tonight. Strong to gale force northeast to northwesterlies behind
the low will diminish overnight as the low moves away.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
East Coast - Cape St. Francis and south, Funk Island Bank, and the
Grand Banks.
