southeastern Grand Banks.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Thursday dissipating trough located southeast of
the Grand Banks.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight ridge located over the Gulf of
St. Lawrence.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT Thursday ridge located on a line east-west over
the Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:50 PM NDT 18 September 2019 At 9:30 PM NDT hurricane Humberto is forecast to be located near
latitude 34.0 north and longitude 65.2 west or about 102 nautical
miles north-northwest of Bermuda. Humberto has a central pressure of
952 MB and maximum sustained winds of 105 knots. Humberto is moving
northeast at 18 knots. The latest forecast track has Humberto
tracking through southern portions of the Southern Grand Banks on
Saturday as a post-tropical storm.
