Issued 4:00 AM NDT 29 March 2025 Today Tonight and Sunday At 4:00 a.m. NDT today ridge located over the South Labrador Sea.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT today dissipating ridge located over the South
Labrador Sea.

At 4:00 a.m. NDT today trough located over Labrador Sea.
By 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight quasi-stationary low 1014 mb located over
the Northwest Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:48 AM NDT 29 March 2025 A near stationary trough of low pressure over the Labrador Sea will
gradually intensify into a low pressure system throughout the
forecast period. Strong to gale force northwesterly winds associated
with the low will develop over the Northwest Labrador Sea on Sunday.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Northwest Labrador Sea.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for South Labrador Sea and Northwest Labrador Sea.
