At 10:00 a.m. NDT today building ridge located on a line east-west
over the southern Grand Banks.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday ridge located on a line east-west over
the southern Grand Banks.

At 3:30 p.m. NDT Wednesday approaching low 1017 mb located east
of Sable Island.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:00 AM NDT 23 July 2024 A low pressure system just southeast of the Labrador Sea will
continue to track eastward and weaken today. Strong to gale force
westerlies over northern waters to the south of the low will diminish
later today.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Belle Isle Bank.
