of the Grand Banks.
At 3:00 a.m. NDT Saturday approaching low 993 mb located over the
Gulf of Maine.
At 10:00 a.m. NDT today quasi-stationary ridge located on a line
east-west over Belle Isle Bank.

Issued 9:45 AM NDT 16 April 2021 A low pressure system over the Southeastern Grand Banks willgradually weaken today before departing to the east on Saturday.
Strong to gale force northeasterly winds over southern waters will
diminish to moderate to strong tonight as the low departs.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
South Coast, East Coast - Cape St. Francis and south, and the Grand
Banks.
