western Quebec.
By 8:00 a.m. EDT Thursday weakening trough located on a line
north-south over Rimouski.

At 11:00 a.m. EDT today low 1003 mb located southeast of
Newfoundland.
By 8:00 p.m. EDT Thursday low 1003 mb located northwest of the
Strait of Belle Isle.
