Wind east 30 to 40 knots diminishing to easterly 20 to 30 early this evening then becoming southeast 25 to 35 early Tuesday morning. Wind increasing to southwest 40 to 50 late Tuesday morning then diminishing to west 30 to 40 Tuesday evening.

Snow changing to freezing rain early this evening then to showers this evening. Flurries Tuesday late in the day. Visibility 1 mile or less in precipitation.

Risk of freezing spray late this afternoon.

Low tonight minus 2. High Tuesday plus 7.
