Wind light increasing to east 15 to 25 knots early this morning and to east 30 to 40 late this morning. Wind diminishing to easterly 20 to 30 early this evening then becoming southeast 25 to 35 Tuesday morning. Wind increasing to southwest 40 to 50 near noon Tuesday then diminishing to west 30 to 40 Tuesday evening.

Snow beginning early this morning changing to freezing rain this evening then to periods of rain near midnight. Flurries Tuesday evening. Visibility 1 mile or less in precipitation.

Risk of freezing spray this afternoon.

Temperatures minus 6 rising to plus 7 Tuesday afternoon then falling to minus 3 Tuesday evening.
