By 10:00 a.m. AST today low 987 mb located over the Gulf of
St. Lawrence.

At 8:00 p.m. AST tonight departing low 991 mb located east of
Anticosti Island.

At 10:00 a.m. AST Saturday low located south of Laurentian Fan.
By 3:30 p.m. AST Saturday departing low located over the
southwestern Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:37 AM AST 29 November 2024 A low pressure system near Grand Manan will track northeastward
Today to lie east of Anticosti this evening. Strong to gale force
easterly winds ahead of the low shift to strong to gale force
westerlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
All waters except Northumberland Strait - western half, Chaleur-
Miscou and Anticosti - western half.
