Issued 3:00 AM ADT 8 September 2024 Today Tonight and Monday At 3:00 a.m. ADT today low 1000 mb located near Prince Edward
Island.
By 3:30 p.m. ADT today departing low 1002 mb located over the
Quebec Lower North Shore.

At 3:30 p.m. ADT today trough located near Georges Bank.
By 10:00 a.m. ADT Monday departing trough located over Newfoundland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:51 AM ADT 8 September 2024 A low pressure system near Prince Edward Island will move northward
today to lie over the Quebec Lower North Shore this afternoon.
Gale force easterlies ahead of the low diminish to strong
southwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Fourchu, Banquereau, Cabot Strait, Gulf - Magdalen and Anticosti.
