By 3:00 a.m. ADT Monday trough located from the Gulf of St. Lawrence
to Lurcher.

At 8:00 p.m. ADT Monday trough located over the southeastern
Marine District.

At 10:00 a.m. ADT today departing ridge located over the Grand
Banks.
