Issued 3:00 AM ADT 12 March 2025 Today Tonight and Thursday At 3:00 a.m. ADT today trough located from Anticosti Island to
New Brunswick.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight departing trough located over Banquereau.

At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight building ridge located over the
St. Lawrence River.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:47 AM ADT 12 March 2025 A trough of low pressure over New Brunswick will travel east across
the marine district today. Strong to gale force southerly winds will
develop ahead of the trough then shift to strong to gale force
westerlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Cabot Strait - northern half, Gulf-Magdalen, Chaleur-Miscou and
Anticosti. Freezing spray warnings are in effect for Cabot Strait,
Gulf-Magdalen, Chaleur-Miscou, and Anticosti.
