Issued 9:52 AM AST 26 December 2024 A low pressure system south of Laurentian Fan will move slowly east,then north as it weakens to lie over the Grand Banks Friday
afternoon. Strong to gale force northerlies are expected north and
west of the low today into tonight.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
eastern shore - eastern half, Sable, East Scotian Slope, Fourchu,
Banquereau and Laurentian Fan - western half.
