By 10:00 a.m. AST Thursday low 1005 mb located south of Laurentian
Fan.

At 8:00 p.m. AST Thursday approaching ridge located over New
England.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:28 AM AST 25 December 2024 A low pressure system over East Scotian Slope this morning will
depart the marine district Thursday morning. Gale to possibly storm
force east to northeasterlies are expected near the low.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
LaHave Bank, West Scotian Slope, eastern shore, Sable, East Scotian
Slope, Fourchu, Banquereau and Laurentian Fan.
