Issued 7:38 PM AST 20 January 2025 An intense low pressure system near Southeastern Labrador will movenorthward across the Labrador Sea tonight and Tuesday. Strong to gale
force west to northwesterlies will diminish tonight over southwestern
waters and on Tuesday over the remainder of the marine district.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Banquereau, Cabot Strait, Gulf-Magdalen, Chaleur-Miscou and
Anticosti.
Freezing spray warnings are in effect for all waters except Georges
Bank, West Scotian Slope, East Scotian Slope, and Laurentian Fan.
