Issued 10:00 AM AST 10 February 2025 Today Tonight and Tuesday At 10:00 a.m. AST today departing low 964 mb located east of
Newfoundland.

At 10:00 a.m. AST today trough located from the Bay of Fundy to
Browns Bank.
By 3:00 a.m. AST Tuesday departing trough located over the
southeastern Marine District.

At 3:30 p.m. AST Tuesday approaching trough located west of the
Marine District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:47 AM AST 10 February 2025 An intense low pressure system east of Newfoundland will continue to
pull away today. Gale to storm force northwesterlies near the low
will diminish from west to east as the low departs.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Banquereau and Laurentian Fan. Freezing spray warnings are in effect
for Fundy, southwestern shore, LaHave Bank, eastern shore, Sable,
East Scotian Slope, Fourchu, Banquereau, Laurentian Fan, Cabot
Strait, Northumberland Strait - eastern half, Gulf-Magdalen and
Anticosti.
