64.1W.

At 3:00 a.m. ADT Wednesday Post-tropical Storm Teddy 962 mb located
at 44.0N 63.1W.
By 3:30 p.m. ADT Wednesday Post-tropical Storm Teddy 972 mb located
at 47.2N 60.8W.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:19 PM ADT 22 September 2020 Hurricane Teddy is over southwestern waters and will cross the marine
district tonight and Wednesday. Storm to hurricane force winds over
southern waters will diminish to storm to gale force by Wednesday
morning. Gale to storm force winds are expected further to the north
and east.

Higher than normal water levels will bring large waves and rough,
pounding surf along parts of the Atlantic Coast of Nova Scotia today
and persist into Wednesday morning.

At 3:30 P.M. ADT, hurricane Teddy is located near latitude 40.3 north
and longitude 64.1 west, about 261 nautical miles south of Halifax.
Maximum sustained winds are estimated at 85 knots and central
pressure at 956 MB. Teddy is moving north-northwest at 14 knots.

Marine interests are advised that hurricane warnings are in effect
for Georges Bank, West Scotian Slope, Sable, and East Scotian Slope.
Storm warnings are in effect for Lurcher, Browns Bank, southwestern
shore, LaHave Bank, eastern shore, Fourchu, Banquereau, Laurentian
Fan - northern half, and Cabot Strait - southern half. Gale warnings
are in effect for all remaining waters except Chaleur - Miscou -
western half.

Marine interests are also advised that high water level warnings are
in effect for Lurcher, southwestern shore, eastern shore and Fourchu.
There is also a possibility of higher than normal water levels along
some Gulf of St. Lawrence regions later today and Wednesday.
