Cape Cod.

At 3:30 p.m. AST today ridge located from Quebec to Georges Bank.
By 3:00 a.m. AST Tuesday ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over the Marine District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:24 PM AST 9 December 2024 A low pressure system over Newfoundland will continue to track
northeastward today departing the region. Strong to gale force
northwest winds will gradually diminish tonight.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Cabot Strait, Gulf-Magdalen - northeastern half and Anticosti.
Freezing spray warnings are in effect for Northumberland Strait -
western half, Chaleur-Miscou, and Anticosti.
