Snow beginning near noon changing to rain this evening and ending overnight. Fog patches forming early this evening and dissipating Friday morning. Visibility 1 mile or less in snow and in fog patches.

Temperatures zero rising to plus 10 Friday morning then falling to plus 5 Friday evening.
