Technical Marine Synopsis

Issued 8:00 PM NST 23 November 2020 Tonight and Tuesday At 8:00 p.m. NST tonight intensifying low 998 mb located over
New Brunswick.
By 8:00 p.m. NST Tuesday deepening low 968 mb located over southern
Labrador Sea.

At 8:00 p.m. NST tonight departing high located east of the
Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:45 PM NST 23 November 2020 A low pressure system will track across the Gulf of St. Lawrence
tonight and move into the Labrador Sea Tuesday evening. Strong to
gale force south to southeasterlies will spread eastwards tonight
ahead of the low and will further increase to gale to storm force
overnight. Winds will veer to gale to storm force southwest to
northwesterly in the wake of the low late Tuesday.

Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
all waters.
