Issued 10:00 AM ADT 11 April 2026 Today Tonight and Sunday At 10:00 a.m. ADT today intensifying low 1012 mb located over
eastern New Brunswick.
By 3:00 a.m. ADT Sunday low 1001 mb located over western
Newfoundland.

At 8:00 p.m. ADT Sunday departing low located northeast of
Newfoundland.

At 3:30 p.m. ADT Sunday approaching ridge located west of the
Marine District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:40 AM ADT 11 April 2026 A low pressure system over Eastern New Brunswick this morning will
slowly intensify as it moves east to lie over Western Newfoundland
tonight. Strong to gale force northwesterlies will develop over
eastern waters tonight in the wake of the low.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Fourchu, Banquereau, Laurentian Fan, Cabot Strait, Gulf-Magdalen and
Anticosti.
