Issued 3:25 PM ADT 15 July 2018 Subtropical storm Beryl has slowed.

Tropical cyclone information at 3:30 P.M. ADT: subtropical storm
Beryl was located near 38.2 north, 64.4 west. Beryl is moving to the
east-northeastward at 3 knots. Beryl is forecast to weaken as it
approaches Canadian waters and maximum sustained winds are expected
to below gale-force when Beryl reaches the slope waters.
