By 3:30 p.m. ADT Tuesday weakening ridge located over the Maritimes.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:19 PM ADT 31 August 2026 A trough of low pressure over the eastern marine district, will move
out of the marine district this evening. Strong to gale force
northwesterlies in the wake of the trough, will slowly diminish
tonight.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Banquereau - southern half and Laurentian Fan.
