Issued 3:30 PM AST 9 December 2024 Tonight and Tuesday At 3:30 p.m. AST today departing low 993 mb located near Labrador
Coast.

At 3:00 a.m. AST Tuesday approaching low 1015 mb located near
Cape Cod.

At 3:30 p.m. AST today ridge located from Quebec to Georges Bank.
By 3:00 a.m. AST Tuesday ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over the Marine District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:39 PM AST 9 December 2024 A low pressure system near the Labrador coast will continue to track
northeastward away from the marine district tonight. Strong to gale
force northwest winds in the wake of the low will gradually diminish
tonight.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Cabot Strait. A freezing spray warning is in effect for Anticosti.
