Issued 10:00 AM ADT 2 April 2020 Today Tonight and Friday At 10:00 a.m. ADT today low 973 mb located south of West Scotian
Slope.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight low 970 mb located over West Scotian Slope.

At 3:00 a.m. ADT Friday low 975 mb located over southern Georges
Bank.
By 3:30 p.m. ADT Friday low 988 mb located southwest of Georges
Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:44 AM ADT 2 April 2020 A low pressure system south of West Scotian Slope will approach the
district today and stall over the West Scotian Slope before drifting
slowly westward into Georges Bank tonight. The low will then move
southwestward away from the district later on Friday. Strong to gale
force easterlies will strengthen to gale to near storm force
northeasterlies over most of the district today and then gradually
diminish late on Friday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Northumberland Strait, Chaleur - Miscou, and Anticosti
- northwestern half.
