the western Marine District.
By 3:30 p.m. ADT Sunday departing ridge located on a line
northwest-southeast over western Newfoundland.

At 3:00 a.m. ADT Sunday low 1004 mb located near Cape Cod.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Sunday low 1000 mb located near Eastern Shore.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:12 PM ADT 25 March 2023 A ridge of high pressure over western waters at forecast time will
move to lie over Newfoundland Sunday. Strong to gale force westerly
winds ahead of the ridge will gradually diminish in its vicinity.
Behind the ridge winds will increase to strong southeasterly.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Banquereau - eastern half, and Laurentian Fan - eastern half.
