Issued 2:28 AM AST 15 January 2025 A low pressure system over Laurentian Fan will continue to trackeastward today to lie east of the Grand Banks this evening. Strong to
gale force west to northerly winds in the wake of this system will
gradually diminish today as it moves further away from the marine
district.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Georges Bank and West Scotian Slope - southwestern half.
