At 8:00 p.m. AST tonight low 993 mb located over the Great Lakes.
By 8:00 p.m. AST Tuesday low 984 mb located over northern Quebec.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 2:22 AM AST 9 December 2019 A developing low pressure system approaching the Great Lakes areawill track northeastward to lie over Northern Quebec by Tuesday
evening. An associated trough of low pressure will give a swath of
strong to gale force southwest winds today. Winds will weaken
somewhat later today but then begin to increase again tonight as the
low pressure system approaches. Gale to near storm force south to
southwest winds are expected later tonight and Tuesday.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters.
