Issued 10:00 AM NDT 14 September 2026 Today Tonight and Tuesday At 10:00 a.m. NDT today departing ridge located southeast of the
Grand Banks.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT today trough located on a line northeast-southwest
over the Maritimes.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Tuesday trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over Funk Island Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:45 AM NDT 14 September 2026 A trough of low pressure over the Maritimes will track eastward
across the marine district throughout the forecast period. Strong to
gale force south to southwesterlies ahead of the trough will shift to
strong northwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Southwest Coast, South Coast, East Coast, Funk Island Bank, and
Northern Grand Banks.
