Issued 10:00 AM NDT 16 October 2018 Today Tonight and Wednesday At 10:00 a.m. NDT today deepening low 983 mb located north of
Anticosti Island.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday low 965 mb located northeast of Belle
Isle Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:56 AM NDT 16 October 2018 A low pressure system north of Anticosti Island will rapidly deepen
as it moves to lie over the belle bank overnight and east of the
marine district by Wednesday morning. Gale to storm force south to
southeasterlies will develop ahead of this system then shift to gale
to storm force west to southwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
all waters except Southeastern Grand Banks where gale a warning is in

and Bonne Bay can expect high waves, pounding surf conditions and
elevated water levels beginning this afternoon and continuing until
early Wednesday morning.
